ReplyDeleteI don't want to give any star here , this guys just take your money and do not care about anything. Mr Pradeep first told us Ppl will come in uniform but they were not, Also In my case they charged me with AC fitting. But there worker do not taking any efforts to install it back, and say's AC won't be fit since there is no place even I am showing him do this way but he did not. Instead explaining him Mr Pradeep ordering me to pay all the money. Next day I had to call some one else for AC fitting and got installed. Pathetic efforts by team and management I can say.
ReplyDeleteHorrible Experience with Max movers & packers Mumbai. While taking the order, they promised the best services & after complain they won’t even return your call back. They promised me that all the furniture & delicate items will be bubble wrapped instead they used a low-quality stretch wraps. Also, they didn't wrap the dismantled furniture (picture attached) which resulted in the scratch marks on the furniture (picture attached). The worst part is that they don’t even take the ownership of their mistake instead will argue on proving their point. The staff they sent were more interested in chaai paani (extra money) and leave the house because they are getting late. Also, one of the guy was very rude & started arguing when I pointed out his mistake.

The above comment was posted by me but i have not been able to post the pictures since there was no option but i have posted the pictures on the facebook page of Max Movers & packers. I have called their sales person PRADEEP today & he is suppose to call me back with what action they are taking on the above issues & how will they compensate on my loss. Let's see how prompt they are in customer service.
